Sales Department plays a key role as selling means growing in terms of turnover and dimensions. Favored interface with customers, Sales Dept. takes care of relationship with customers, from the very first exploratory stage until negotiation step and post-selling, assuring a relationship of mutual collaboration and trust between company and customer.
This area is divided into 2 main specialized roles, whose goal is to reach on one side Sales Targets and at the same time Customer Satisfaction. Front office employees, after an accurate analysis of the market and potentiality evaluation, dedicate themselves to new customers acquisitions and try to make relationships with them long and profitable.
Back office is the role whose purpose is supporting the Sales person during Sales negotiation, taking care of offers, sampling, orders handling and projects coordination.
Education required: Degree in Foreign Languages / Legal – Economic Subjects
This function coordinates and ensures the company safety and risk prevention system in compliance with the legislation. The resources involved are given the task of examining, supporting and proposing how to progress solutions for the safety system in order to minimize the risk of injures and accidents within the factory.
Their task also includes organizing and implementing internal audits, monitoring the procedure for the safety of installations ( through periodic safety inspections), arranging for emergency plans and managing assistance to improve in order to reduce the risk in the workplace. The function is also responsible for involving and raising awareness throughout the company in the interest of achieving the goals of quality and environmental safety.
Education required: Degree in Environmental Engineering/Law/Toxicology and Environment
The resources involved in the Quality function verify the achievement of the product and process’ standards during every single production cycle. The QC operators are given the task of monitoring each specific phase of the production process and also goods movement both into and out of the factory, in order to ensure the respect of the company quality standards. Their function helps to optimize processes and products also in terms of a better management of production/delivery time and costs so as to avoid any possible complaint/report. The function is also responsible for training and briefing the staff about the quality tools provided by the company, with the support of detailed literature concerning the Quality Management System available for consultation for both the company and customers.
Education required: A Level Certificate or Degree in Technical/Mechanical subjects.
The Supply Chain & Logistics function coordinates, defines, plans and controls all the activities involved in the supply chain in order to create value, build a competitive infrastructure, synchronize the demand, optimize logistic flows and evaluate the company performance to ensure continuous improvement. The function is therefore directly liaised not only with planning, purchasing and logistic issues, but also lean management and lean production.
The Purchasing Office is the function in charge of the procurement of the goods and services that are necessary for the performance of the business’ tasks.
Activities at the charge of this function include: purchasing planning, potential suppliers sourcing and analysis, orders scheduling and monitoring, audits for suppliers’ approval and/or control and the management of any possible dispute with them.
The Purchasing Office is an integral part of the Supply Chain.
Education required: Degree in Management Engineering, APICS (CPIM, CSCP) Certifications, SixSigma Certifications, Lean Certifications, special Certifications in the field of Procurement/Purchasing.

Moreover, in order to highlight and strengthen the company image, the function provides detailed business literature ( brochures, catalogues, gadgets, exhibition materials etc.), organizes and manages direct marketing campaigns ( offline and online) and advertising campaigns ( offline and online), works out official texts for press releases and takes care of the entire organization for any exhibiting event in the industry.
Education required: Degree in Marketing & Communications/ Foreign Languages.
This is the function charged with the organization and coordination of the company’s administrative, accounting and financial activities. It is actually responsible for preparing the company annual financial statement and the consolidated account of the group, and all the transactions including covering financial risks.
The function also draws up the economic budget and examines the discrepancies between the accounting and industrial figures through monthly reports.
Education required: Degree in Economic and Commercial subjects
This is the function where products’ manufacturing and decoration take place. Here skilled workers are given the task of managing customized machines operating on production lines and they are meant to care and monitor that products are manufactured and decorated in accordance with the company quality standards. Production is made up of two macro areas, Plastic and Decoration, both grouping in turn several production departments.
This is the function responsible for the management and the maintenance of the company’s information and operational systems, a real point of reference and support for internal users as well as for external service providers. Specialised staff regularly examines the management and the distribution of the information channelled through the management systems taken on the holding and continuously plans for solutions for updating and action in case of alerts.
Education required: Degree in Computer Engineering, ICT special Certifications.
The Logistics Office coordinates and manages across all the activities concerning goods handling, inbound and outbound, synchronising the activities of the company’s warehouses to each specific (internal or external) customer’s request and need.
The Logistics Office is an integral part of the Supply Chain.
Education required: Degree in Management Engineering, APICS (CPIM, CSCP) Certifications, SixSigma Certifications, Lean Certifications, special Certifications in the field of Logistics.
This function is indeed at the heart of the business’ success in that it lays the groundwork to create innovative products, develops new technologies and examines the possible solutions to improve existing products and technologies, which creates the necessary conditions to ensure the company’s sustainable leadership. The function relates with the DG to co-examine the various innovations and cooperates with most of the business Functions to develop new projects.
Education required: Degree in Engineering or Technical Qualifications
This is the function where all the new projects developed within the R&D division take shape. The Technical Office (upon guidance received) simulates the new project defining all its technical and implementing aspects. The function is also in charge with issuing and managing production specifications and arranging for any possible control/production plan for specific customers or items.
The Validation Office’s task is instead to verify, by means of checking tests and examinations, that the new projects developed comply with the company’s quality standards, before they can be actually integrated within the product offer. In addition, the VO examines also the products already validated in order to provide constant adjustments or updating and innovations in accordance with the quality standards.
Education required: A Level Certificate or Degree in Technical subjects
The Planning office operates through different business models, developing and coordinating the production plans’ conduct according with the company model and customers’ expectations. This function manages and coordinates long-term strategic operational plans, medium-term tactical plans and short-term operational plans; that is why dynamism, responsiveness and the aptitude for problem-solving are a key feature.
The Planning office is an integral part of the Supply Chain.
Education required: Degree in Management Engineering, APICS (CPIM, CSCP) Certifications, SixSigma Certifications, Lean Certifications.
This function includes all the general activities assisting all the other functions.
In particular, initial reception of customers and suppliers, organization for employees’ travelling services (flights, hotels and taxis booking etc…) , management of company vehicles, management of postal services, assistance to training activities and events, document management and reproductions.
The General Service is a valuable support for the good performance of all the activities of the day-to-day work.
